We are looking for candidates that have one of the following biases:

  • Electrical bias.
  • Mechanical bias.
  • Carpentry bias.
  • Finishing / tiling bias.

Benefits:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance and instillations on premises within the Social Housing sector.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to support the other Multi-Skilled Traders in other areas other than your bias.
  • You will be undertaking a wide range of projects from fitting bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
  • Manage all aspects of planned maintenance in Social Housing.
