Head of CommercialAs Head of Commercial youll be at the heart of driving the commercial success of a designated Business Unit looking after a portfolio of projects of between 600m - 750m over five years. Reporting to the Delivery or Commercial Director youll manage all aspects of the commercial function ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration innovation and value-driven outcomes.Are you a visionary commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic objectives in a collaborative environment Are you ready to make a significant impact on one of the UKs largest and most innovative alliancesResponsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute commercial strategies that enhance performance and align with our outperformance targets.Performance Management: Oversee the commercial performance of the Business Unit ensuring effective cost assurance KPI reporting and governance.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless integration across the supply chain.Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Drive procurement innovation and ensure supply chain performance aligns with programme goals.Team Leadership & Development: Lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration care and continuous improvement.Health Safety & Wellbeing: Champion a culture of health safety and well-being across the team and supply chain.A little bit about your skills experience and behaviours.Were looking for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
