Business Development Manager

Seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to sell cutting-edge software solutions to key clients in contract catering, facilities management (FM), and high-footfall catering and F&B outlets across venues and stadiums.
Location: Flexible, ideally within a two-hour commute of London
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission on new business secured

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Leverage your existing network of contacts to establish and build long-term client relationships.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of clients in contract catering and high-footfall venues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven B2B sales expertise, preferably in software solutions targeted at the hospitality sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with contract catering and high-footfall venue environments is a must.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to leverage and expand existing networks to drive business growth.
- Location Flexibility: Open to remote working but ideally located within two hours of London for client and team accessibility.
- Drive & Initiative: A proactive self-starter who thrives on exceeding targets and making an impact.
