Sales & Event Planner

Crockwell is a well established family run wedding venue in Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on hosting exceptional events and providing a bespoke service with a hands on approach to planning and excellent customer service. We have a small team of highly talented individuals who will go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. A collaborative approach to work is essential in a close knit team. We take a proactive approach to Sustainability providing training to our team and driving change within the wedding industry.
Key responsibilities
· Drive sales through excellent communication and an in depth knowledge of our unique offering
· Exceptional customer service exceeding clients expectations in the run up to their wedding
· Conduct planning meetings with clients covering every aspect of their day
· Follow meetings up with concise communications and updated costs
· Invoicing using Xero accountancy software
· Plan client events and Taster Evenings, liaising with our caterers
· Liaise with the wider team to provide support and resources where needed for staff training, events and team building
· Weekend availability 2 weekends per month to conduct show rounds highly advantageous
