Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Risk and Quality Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and strong benefits package.

This is a Hove based role but the team are generally in the office once a week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Undertaking risk transformation and process management projects ensuring alignment to enterprise risk governance and framework
  • Proactively identifying risk and communicating remediations to various stakeholders
  • Designing, developing and implementing improvements to the end-to-end risk management regime
  • Educating stakeholders on risks and why processes need to be changed
  • Reviewing industry and regulatory trends and developments which could lead to potential changes to the risk management posture

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of Information Security principles & practises
  • Experienced in designing and implementing IT Governance
  • Experienced in IT control, Security Risk Management and Security Management Systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and ‘sell’ change
  • Proven track record in embedding risk management culture
  • Experience of working in a financial services or regulated business
