    • Assist with the setup of new marketing suites and show homes and the delivery of marketing signage/hoarding.
    • Assist with booking all advertising and updating/distributing the Media Schedule & adverts to reflect marketing activity and liaising with Marketing Manager regularly to ensure all changes are made.
    • Assist Marketing Manager with in-house and property portal email campaigns by briefing relevant agencies, managing amends, and distributing via Dotmailer or property portal.
    • Monitor email marketing best practice / trends and implement where possible to improve the performance.
    • Assists Marketing Manager with hard copy mailers i.e. creating labels, ordering envelopes & preparing mailers for distribution.
    • Set up and maintain a brochure log for all developments, arranging for their delivery to the individual developments and to Head Office when required, filing/ archiving brochures or files. Ensure brochures are displayed within reception.
    • General office support.
    • Monitors and maintains a high level of presentation on our developments.
    • Proofread marketing materials, amends as required, and obtains approval prior to issue in line with ISO9001 and with reference to PMA (Property Misdescriptions Act).
    • Providing assistance at promotional events.
