What We're Looking For Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds What You'll Be Doing: Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided) Traveling across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments Benefits package Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets Company-provided equipment: Van, mobile phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, and uniform for business use Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days Pension options: Choose from two pension schemes, with employer contributions of up to 10% Personal benefits fund: £500 annual allowance for benefits such as private medical insurance, dental treatment, critical illness cover, or gym membership Wellbeing Support - not just for you, but also for your partner, children, parents, and siblings.
