Location: Salfords, SurreyDepartment: Manufacturing / AssemblyReports To: Production Supervisor or Cleanroom ManagerJob Type: Full-Time | On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Cleanroom Technician to join our team in the assembly and fabrication of large-scale X-ray equipment. This role is essential to ensuring the cleanliness, precision, and readiness of components used in high-performance imaging systems. Working primarily in a semi-cleanroom environment, you will support chemical cleaning, vacuum baking, subcomponent assembly, and inventory management. You will also contribute to the daily operations of our chemistry lab and support LEAN manufacturing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical cleaning of components in accordance with Class 7 cleanroom protocolsOperate CamCo vacuum ovens to bake components for contamination controlMonitor and manage inventory to ensure timely availability of cleaned and baked partsSupport the maintenance and daily operation of the chemistry lab, including safe chemical handlingAssemble small subcomponents, perform leak checks, and carry out general assembly tasksMaintain cleanliness and organization of designated facility areas to uphold hygiene standardsKey Skills and CompetenciesSt...
