My client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Insurance Trainee. As an Insurance Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the skills necessary to succeed in insurance sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:- Assist with generating leads and expand our market presence- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering insurance solutions- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products- Support sales administration activities, including processing applications and maintaining client records- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients to secure the best coverage options

Experience:- Previous experience customer service is a benefit - Familiarity with insurance sales concepts and practices is beneficial- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues- Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on client needs
