About the Role: Were looking for a Production Finance Analyst to help drive financial performance and insight across our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Production youll play a key role in supporting accurate reporting robust forecasting and actionable analysis that enables better operational decisions and unlocks value on the shop floor.Key Responsibilities:Support weekly and monthly performance reporting for production sites focusing on cost control efficiency and output.Streamline reporting processes systems and data flows to improve governance and operational clarityAssist the Finance Manager with integration activities and ad-hoc projects affecting production and supply chain functionsEnsure financial processes are followed and documented particularly around production spend investment approvals and cost allocationsTrack and analyse manufacturing costs waste downtime and investment returns to support continuous improvement and ROI evaluationsIdentify risks and opportunities within production P&Ls and contribute to scenario planning and corrective actionsAnalyse variances against budget and forecast highlighting key drivers and trends for site managers and operational leadsPrepare reporting packs and insights for production leadership to support strategic and tactical decision-makingExperience and Key Attributes:Part-qualified CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain financeSelf-starter with the ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and communicate clear recommendationsProven ability to build relationships across production teams and influence operational improvementsExperience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferredThis is an exciting time to join our newly formed business with their incredible individual historys innovation of products and some of the UKs most iconic brands Carlsberg Britvic strives to deliver the best service to our customers and consumers.
