An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established, friendly and marketing-leading company within the automotive industry.

This position is providing maternity cover, and our client is happy to take on a fixed term contract or week by week temporary basis and although this is only a temporary position, it is one that will enable you to gain valuable experience within a fantastic and reputable company.

** If circumstances change, there may be a chance for this role to become permanent. However, this cannot be guaranteed.**

Role:

As the Finance Administrator, you will be supporting the wider team and working closely with another Finance Administrator and the Finance Director.

Duties will include:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Inputting data via Sage 50
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Information gathering via telephone or Teams.
  • Provide additional support with general administration and accounts duties
