Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Strategically drive sales goals and performance metrics, ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere that prioritises exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied.
- Work closely with your team to provide outstanding customer service, setting the standard for excellence in every interaction.
- Partner with the Store Manager to effectively achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Analyse commercial reports and implement compelling visual displays that enhance product presentation and drive sales.
Experience and Background:
- Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Background in the fashion or accessories sector, with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance.
- A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- A proactive approach to advancing store performance and contributing to overall business success.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, hands on team player with previous exposure to working in retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
