Mobile Response Officer

ResponsibilitiesYoull play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:Deliver a range of mobile security services including locks unlocks internal and external patrols alarm responses vacant property inspections and escort servicesMaintain a professional polite and helpful attitude towards clients their staff and Securitas colleagues at all timesComplete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of each shifts ensuring the security of the company vehicle and equipmentEscalate incidents risks breakdowns and RTAs to the team leader reporting RTAs in line with company policy Adhere to correct key management processes when handling keysFollow proper escalation processes for incidents break-ins health and safety issues and road traffic accidents Please note - The responsibilities listed here arent the full picturebut they give you a good sense of the role.
