We’re transforming our business by investing in people, processes and technology to deliver a consistently great experience for our customers.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be ensuring that rents and service charges are calculated in line with policy, are correctly entered into the rent system. You’ll also be preparing service charge schedules for various schemes annually, correctly calculating revised charges based on policy, for review and sign off by the Head of Service.With a strong attention to detail and your excellent organisation skills, you’ll be producing informative annual rent and service charge letters, helping complete annual income and expenditure reports, and responding to colleague queries.Maintaining accurate records, you’ll always be working to continuously improve our processes to provide the best service, working with your coordinator to meet best practice.Of course, the full role profile has way more detail, so do check it outSounds good?
