Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Ofsted) Location: Handsworth, Birmingham Salary: £55,000 per year plus benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small three-bed children’s home in Handsworth. This is a care-focused environment that provides stability, safety and personalised support for children and young people with complex needs. You will play a key role in creating a warm, structured home where every young person feels valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential. As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintaining high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
