Rev Group is a veteran friendly employer and hires over 200 veterans and or those transferring out of the military each year.Service Technician I is responsible for the service and repair of RV products assigned to him/her by the Group Leader/Supervisor.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure thorough and accurate repairs as assigned by the Group LeaderMaintain key relationships with Customers Service Manager Service Supervisor Group Leader Service Advisor Parts Associate and Service TechniciansProperly use special tools and equipment provided by the service departmentAnalyze & improve work processes to achieve higher efficiencies and cost savingsConfers with Group Leader/Supervisor regarding policies procedures and objectivesMaintain uniform appearance housekeeping and safety practices consistent with company policiesMaintain the workspace assigned in an organized and clean mannerUse supplies in a practical and economical mannerRecommends changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiencyProvides recommendations for tools equipment and suppliesMeets productivity and efficiency expectations as set by the Group Leader/SupervisorMaintain a high quality of workmanship for the work performedTurn in time sheets dailyAbility to work without direct supervision and maintain productivityAdvise group leader/supervisor of any defects in production workmanship design or vendor related items found during repairsFollow company and plant safety proceduresPerforms any other duties as assignedQualifications:High School/Vocational School Diploma (Preferred)Minimum of 1 year previous work experience Previous experience working in a high production and/or repair facility preferredExcellent attendanceHigh focus on repair quality and customer satisfactionProblem solving abilitiesProductivity/EfficiencyGreat communication skills both verbal and writtenValid drivers licenseAbility to adapt to new processesNOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTSEffective January 1 2020 pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended the CCPA) if you are a California resident you may have certain additional rights.
