The business has been established for almost 2 decades and specialises in distribution, IT, and Marketing. With a growing customer/client base; business has been very good and they have been largely unaffected by the turbulent market that we are currently in. With an increasing head count and strong outlook, there has never been a better time to join them.

They’re seeking a Management Accountant to join their small and well-established finance team. The key focus of the role being to act as the FC's "right hand person" with a varied and interesting range of duties including:

- The production of monthly management accounts for a group of companies

- Preparation of monthly payroll for around 100 staff

- Support the Finance Administrator with sales and purchase ledger activities

- Assisting with statutory accounting procedures

- Deputise to the FC during periods of leave or absence

Team fit is absolutely crucial in this role. From a technical point of view, we’re hoping to source a candidate with suitable working experience with good management accounting and general finance experience, ideally fully or part professionally qualified, or AAT qualified as a minimum. Great IT competence and good experience in MS Excel essential.
