The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Day to Day of the role:- Accurately enter customer orders into the CRM system and manage the end-to-end order process.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues via telephone and email, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Ensure promised delivery dates are met and provide customers with dispatch and delivery details.
- Process customer quotations and manage daily distribution through CRM systems.
- Oversee stock control and transfers, maintaining daily communication with our warehouse.
- Support the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Visit the warehouse to ensure compliance with company logistic guidelines and conduct self-audits.
- A 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in a professional environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Logical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers.
- Target-oriented with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate.
- Collaborative team worker, yet able to work independently to defined objectives.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Capable of multi-tasking with high attention to detail.
