This isnt a traditional L&D roleyoull be embedded in the business identifying how learning and behavior change can solve real challenges. Youll need to navigate complexity work with limited information and build strong relationships across global time zones. If youre confident working with senior stakeholders thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn insight into impact this role offers the opportunity to drive real change across Ideagen.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships across the business becoming the go-to partner for learning and development adviceLead complex projects by identifying root causes and designing solutions that drive real behaviour changeTake a consultative approach by asking the right questions challenging assumptions and offering more than just trainingDesign and deliver leadership development programs facilitate workshops and coach senior teamsWork at pace by making decisions with limited information and adapting as you goMeasure impact using meaningful data tracking behavior change and business outcomes and presenting insights using tools like Power BISkills and ExperienceExperienced in L&D or Organizational Development working closely with commercial teams ideally within fast-paced tech or SaaS environmentsStrong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes and apply structured frameworksProven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs both virtually and in personCommercially aware able to link learning initiatives to business outcomes and speak the language of commercial teamsTechnically confident with AI tools learning platforms (360Learning is a plus) Excel and modern learning methodsNaturally curious quick to learn comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at influencing without authorityAbout IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky to ensuring the food on our tables is safe to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
