What will I be responsible for?
We expect our Cocktail waiter/waitress to provide engaging and charismatic service to all our customers in the Bar areas. To join our team, you must be passionate about continually developing your food, wine and cocktail knowledge since we are always striving to improve the excellent service we deliver to our customers. As a Cocktail waiter/waitress at '144 on the Hill' restaurant and bar youll have a lot on your plate with the following:
Constantly striving to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Offering recommendations to your guests, going above and beyond to make everyone's day a (large) cup of coffee for Jade, as you noticed her new-born baby is grouchy? No problem
Being personable and engaging with our guests in a service style that is relaxed yet professional
Developing relationships with all our guests
Striving to become an integral member of a committed team, ensuring each member takes pride in their work and communicates with one another.
Youll already be an experienced waiter/waitress or an individual seeking an opportunity within the hospitality industry. Most importantly youll be energetic, enthusiastic and youll have a keen desire to learn about your hotel and how you can utilise its facilities to deliver an outstanding service.
