Auto Electrician

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team at the JANS Group. You will be responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint. Responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Modify electrical circuits, assess cable sizes and AMP capacity, including loom building and installation, crimping skills including co-axial connections. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Troubleshoot electrical issues Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Good knowledge of various test equipment. Comply with companys specific health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout. Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure all tooling and specialist equipment maintained. Essential Criteria: Time served as an electrician three years experience required. Electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge. Must hold a valid drivers licence.
