The team commercially assess all bids and contracts, providing drafting and leading negotiations as required. We also create bespoke agreements for presales and sales activity, including all supply chain agreements.We require an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Manager with good contract and commercial law knowledge that enjoys the challenge of managing a small team of commercial managers and officers. The individual will have a several years commercial experience likely to have been gained in a defence and/or central government focussed business supporting engineering consulting, management consultancy and software/technology development projects.The successful applicant will work closely with the Technical Commercial Director to develop the skills and experience of the wider commercial team as well as supporting the team with a wide range of commercial tasks. Alongside this you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of agreements including prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements and back-to-back subcontracts. You will also be responsible for leading the commercial governance process for bids that fall within your remit and hold the wider division to account aligned to the approval’s framework.Your Purpose:
