We are actively recruiting for a FX Partnerships Consultant to drive our partner acquisition and strategic alliances, helping expand our reach across key sectors.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships that generate new client acquisition channels and revenue streams. You’ll play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and nurturing relationships with affiliates, introducers, and strategic partners who can leverage our FX services for their networks.


This is a high-impact role requiring a strong commercial mindset, business development skills, and the ability to create value-driven relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy – Identify, approach, and onboard strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring – Create commercial agreements that align incentives and maximise long-term success.
  • Partner Engagement & Enablement – Provide partners with the tools, content, and support they need to effectively promote Millbank FX’s services.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value partners, tracking progress and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Performance Analysis – Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring a strong return on investment.


Key Requirements

  • Partnership Development – Proven experience in building and managing partnership networks, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • FX / Payments Experience – Strong background in foreign exchange, international payments, or financial services.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills – Ability to structure deals that benefit both parties and drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to identify market opportunities and develop scalable partnership strategies.
  • Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and retain partners.
  • Data-Driven Approach – Comfortable using data to assess performance and optimise partner engagement strategies.
  • Self-Starter – Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
