We are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Payroll Administrator to join a busy food manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. The HR and Payroll Administrator will provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. HR and Payroll Administrator PermanentSalary dependent on experienceMonday to Friday 8am – 4pmNorthampton HR and Payroll Administrator Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for actioning the recruitment process using job boards, liaising with agencies, right to work check and trial days.Assisting with onboarding, inductions, payroll and any changes within the business.Maintaining the site’s time and attendance system, including setting up new colleagues to the system.Conducting investigations and data for disciplinary hearings.Absence management and completing return to worksAssisting with payroll by preparing employee data, starters, leavers and contractual changes.Being the main point of contact for any HR related queries including benefits and holiday bookings HR and Payroll Administrator Essential Experience/Skills/QualificationsPrevious experience within a HR administrative positionFamiliarity with payroll processesExperience working within a manufacturing environment HR and Payroll Administrator Company Benefits20 days holiday plus the bank holidaysCompany pensionFinancial wellbeing accessGym discounts – join a scheme that gives you access to a variety of gyms, health clubs and leisure centres.Retail discount schemeReward and recognition scheme If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
