This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking operator that's expanding its fleet and building a talented operations function to support future growth. The RoleAsRostering Planning Officer , you'll be responsible forbuilding and maintaining flight crew rosters , ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Flight Time Limitations. You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, crewing, and training to deliver high-quality, compliant rosters that support safe and reliable flying. Key Responsibilities:Plan and maintain pilot and third-party rosters using aviation management softwareEnsure compliance withFlight Time Limitations (FTL)and company proceduresInvestigate and report on any regulatory breaches or extensionsLiaise withTraining and Crewingteams to coordinate training requirements and check flightsManage pilot leave, fatigue reporting, and qualification trackingSupport operational delivery through strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teamsAbout You:We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience increw rostering, pre-ops, or day-to-day crewingwithin aviation. You'll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving, teamwork, and compliance.
