The role…

This position requires a dedicated and efficient Recruitment Agent to help support the Human Resources Lead. You will be sourcing candidates for a project and working with hiring managers to ensure criteria is met.


How you’ll make an impact…

  • Developing a local network with agencies who can offer suitable candidates for current vacancies
  • Matching candidates to job criteria and arranging interviews (recruitment process)
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Ensure vacancies are filled within the set time frame
  • Support HR Lead with administrative tasks

  • Experience in recruitment (manufacturing) is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
