The Head of Finance Operations and Change position at our esteemed organisation will involve coordinating activities across our Professional Services Department. The role requires a strategic mindset and a focus on driving financial and operational change.

Description

  • Lead the strategy and execution of finance operations and changes within the organisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Provide expert advice on financial management and change strategies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial processes and systems.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance Operations and Change should have:

  • A professional accountancy qualification - eg CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, etc
  • Prior experience working within Asset Management is a must
  • Proven experience in financial management and change strategy
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This role will be based in Edinburgh and will have 3 days a week in the office so candidates must be available to do this
