Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
1. Develop customer development plans and strategies responsible for market development, and customer relationship establishment and development
2. Familiar with the configuration of the company's products and understand the product information of competitors
3. Find and develop target customers in the responsible area,match and introduce related products, arrange sample delivery, and promote cooperation
4. Maintain important customers in the responsible area promote customers to place orders in batches stably and complete sales targets
5.Handle customer complaints and improve after-sales service to maintain a good corporate image of the company
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of LED industry sales background
2. Candidates with key customer resources are preferred
3. Familiar with the market in the responsible area, with strong market development ability
