Community Support Worker

We are proud to be partnering with a national Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Scheme Manager on a 9 Month contract.
This will be a full-time position based in St Helens, with an hourly rate that is negotiable based on your Scheme experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting tenants who are 55+ in age, helping them to achieve independent living through support plans and community involvement.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with and supporting clients over the age of 55+ within this own homes
- Helping clients to live independently within their own homes
- Checking fire alarms and emergency pull cords
- Leading on community involvement
- Carrying out regular welfare checks
- Performing warden call and fire safety checks
- Dealing with low level ASB
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with tenants who are aged 55+
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Community Involvement
- Introducing a path to independent living
Working hours:
- 30 hours per week
- 4 days a week, 9am-5pm
