Manage a caseload of apprentices supporting their progress and wellbeing. Conduct health and safety monitoring visits and ensure employer risk assessments are in place. Support curriculum development and contribute to bespoke training solutions. Maintain accurate learner tracking and assessment records in line with college and GDPR requirements.Essential Criteria: Recognised qualifications in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning (preferably gained via an apprenticeship). F-Gas Category 1 qualification. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Practical industry experience in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
