Head of Finance

This leading Arm's Length Body (ALB) is currently looking to recruit a Head of Finance with excellent technical financial accounting and strong Leadership experience, to take operational responsibility of the Finance, Planning and Governance department. The organisation is based around the country at various locations where the role can be situated. Description Reporting to the Director of Finance, Planning and Governance, the Head of Finance responsibilities will include: Leading the finance, planning and governance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensuring organisation-wide financial systems and processes are compliant with statutory responsibilities. Preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Providing technical advice in line with best practice, managing public money principles and framework data with central government.
