With a strong track record of delivering high-quality construction projects, they are committed to excellence in every aspect of their work. As they continue to expand and take on new challenges, they are seeking a talented Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the team and contribute to the success.You will be expected to take ownership on the below -Providing certainty to the business that the sub-contractor liabilities are correct across the projects and that adequate due diligence is being undertaken on some of the riskier packages, in particular groundworks.Proper assessment of sub-contractor valuations and making payment requests on time.Ensuring timely procurement and placement of sub-contract packages.Maximising opportunities for profit enhancement as a D&B contractor.Improving the influence and visibility of the commercial team on site.All sites are supported by a Site Manager, Design Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
