Lets push the boundaries of whats possible together.As the Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Markets Business you will be responsible for setting and executing the technical vision for mission-critical platforms that serve thousands of users across global Sales and Research functions. You will lead a diverse organization of over 60 engineers architects and product managers directly managing multiple teams and promoting large-scale transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platforms deliver seamless workflows transactional efficiency and innovative solutions that keep JPMorgan Chase at the forefront of financial services.You will partner closely with senior business leaders product owners and technology management to align our engineering strategy with business objectives championing best-in-class practices and fostering a culture of excellence inclusion and continuous improvement.
