Your Role:Leads the section with confidence grace and meticulous attention to detail.Delivers seamless warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.Collaborates closely with the kitchen sommeliers and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.Contributes to a culture of excellence learning and genuine care.Uphold the highest standards of etiquette presentation and professionalism.Upholds the hotels standards of guest care ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.Maintains facilities services and promotions to effectively communicate information to guests.Qualifications : What You Bring:Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.Deep understanding of food wine and service protocol.A calm charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.Strong communication and organisational skills.A desire to grow within a forward-thinking modern restaurant build around using local produce with a twist.Additional Information : Salary: from 29250 to 31005Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 370 to 550 per month.
