You’ll combine strategic vision with day-to-day operational support, managing IT infrastructure, leading key system migrations, and ensuring colleagues are able to work securely and effectively.The RoleLead the development and delivery of an IT and digital strategy.Oversee system management, cybersecurity, and data protection compliance.Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across a 50-person office and remote teams.Manage relationships with MSP.Lead the upcoming Housing Management System migration project, from selection through to implementation.Provide technical leadership on IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.About YouWe’re looking for a practical, people-focused IT leader who combines technical expertise with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
