We’re on the hunt for a talented and engaging Trainee Account Handler to come and join our fantastic team in Burgess Hill.We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and enterprising individual to join our team of advisors servicing our key clients and promoting the high standards of service to ensure we are the experts within our market.ResponsibilitiesPositively engage with all processes and policiesAssist the team with day-to-day client managementRepresent the brand to the highest possible standardImplement feedback from Team Managers relating to call conduct, quality and compliance adherence as well as other performance areasUnderstanding of own metrics against current targets as well as positive attitude to improving deliveryUse available resources to improve product knowledge with the aim of becoming a product expertMaintain and develop a thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of our products, including procedures, guidance and legislation to deal with customer enquiriesKeep up to date with best practice to improve customer satisfactionBuddy’ with team members to share best practice and provide guidanceRequirementsWorking in this fast-paced role, hard work, determination and providing an excellent customer service is a must.
