You will need to be fluent in French, German, and or Dutch as well as be prepared for regular International Travel.  This position focuses on creating and implementing people and partnership strategies that help teams perform at their best. You will lead the HR approach across multiple European locations (including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain), with a strong emphasis on employee relations and collaboration with local representation groups. This role suits someone confident in handling challenges, making decisions under pressure and adapting quickly. Strong communication, influence, and the ability to view issues from a broad, strategic perspective are essential.
