Due to continued demand, the firm is looking to appoint an organised and client-focused Solicitor to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.You’ll manage your own end-to-end caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through one of the most important processes of their lives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and working in a collaborative, friendly environment.Your work will include:\tManaging a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and title transfers\tProviding clear, practical legal advice throughout each transaction\tDrafting and reviewing all key legal documentation\tConducting title investigations, ordering and reviewing searches, submitting offers and coordinating surveys\tManaging lender documentation and ensuring all legal conditions are satisfied in time for completion\tLiaising with Estate Agents, solicitors, lenders and other professionals to progress transactions smoothlyWhat You’ll Bring:\tQualified Solicitor (Scotland) with experience in Residential Conveyancing\tStrong understanding of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures\tExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills\tConfident communication style with the ability to simplify complex matters for clients\tA proactive and solution-focused approach to managing caseloadsTo apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
