The role will be to lead the future development and ongoing delivery of our critical business technologies working with business leaders business stakeholders global product owners and technology teams to ensure the platforms enables both strategic and tactical business goals.We will count on you to:Provide vision and leadership in the ongoing development of our business technology Serves as the primary business owner for the UK business technology platforms taking responsibility for ensuring the technology delivers the best outcome to our teams clients and the business.Manages the UK platform helpdesk team to best support the business.Works with the business to define and drive the vision functionality features and requirements of the platforms.Works closely with the global Product Owners to align on the platform roadmap and action plans.Owns maintains and prioritises requirements and effective delivery of those requirements aligned to business priorities and outcomesWorks closely with technology teams to translate business requirements to technical solutions and ensures appropriate testing and validation of outcomes.Drive platform adoption and engagement by working with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure clarity of understanding appropriate training and communications.
