Senior Buyer – Residential Developer – Northern Home Counties A reputable and well-established residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team on a contract basis. This position offers the chance to be part of a growing business delivering a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential developments, including both low-rise and high-rise schemes, with project values ranging from £10m to £75m. The Role Position: Buyer Location: Surrey (office-based, 5 days per week) Rate/Salary: £300–£375 per day This is a key role within the commercial team, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective material procurement across multiple projects.
