Great opportunity to work as aFLT Operativefor our client, a professional yet friendly company who specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets, making over 3.7million chilled meals every week.Staffline is recruitingFLT OperativesinWrexham .The rate of pay is: -£12.43 per hourrising to£13.74 per hourfor days -£14.81 per hourfor nightsThis is a full-time role, and the hours of work are: -4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm -4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6amYour Time at Work The responsibilities of a FLT Operative, your duties will include:-Supplying factory with ingredients and packaging Reach truck and Counterbalance FLT's - Using handheld scanners or RF guns - Reading labels and codes accurately - Spotting discrepancies (wrong item, damaged packaging) - Counting quantities correctly - Working with units, boxes, cases, pallets - Understanding pick lists, handheld scanner prompts - Following standard operating procedures - Working at a good pace without sacrificing accuracy. - Physically fit as Bending, lifting, and reaching is required - Using correct lifting techniques. - Following warehouse safety rules.Our Perfect Worker Our ideal FLT Operative:- Able to work in cold stores, minus 5 degrees. - Reliable - Hardworking - TrustworthyReach / Counterbalance licence is required to undertake all tasks candidates with a current licence preferred, but training can be provided.Key Information and Benefits - Earn £12.43 - £14.81 per hour - Temp to perm opportunity - OnSite support from Staffline - Canteen on site - Free car parking on site - Free food - Free hot drinks - PPE provided - Opportunities for overtime - Full training providedJob Ref:1OMWAbout Staffline Staffline is the UK's leading provider of flexible, temporary and permanent workforce solutions, enabling over 28,000 people into good work every day.
