Your new companyA leading organisation in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team based in the UK. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building a stellar social impact brand and promoting it across key markets. Your responsibilities will encompass brand communication, digital marketing, social media management, public relations, content marketing, trade-shows, and measurement and analysis. Your new role will involve:

  1. Brand Communication: Developing and executing marketing strategies to effectively communicate the brand identity and value proposition to the trade market. Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and managing the brand story on the website.
  2. Digital Marketing: Planning and implementing digital campaigns, utilising SEO, and managing email marketing. Ensuring a smooth trade experience with the brand.
  3. Social Media Management: Growing the brand's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating engaging content, and fostering community engagement.
  4. Public Relations: Maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Writing press releases and securing positive publicity.
  5. Content Marketing: Leading content initiatives, writing compelling copy, and collaborating on multimedia content.
  6. Trade-shows & Events: Identifying relevant trade-shows, managing attendance, planning content, and overseeing event logistics.
  7. Measurement and Analysis: Evaluating campaign effectiveness, analysing performance metrics, and preparing reports.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
