QMS OfficerPosition Summary: Work Schedule: Monday Friday 37.5 per week.Catalent is currently recruiting a QMS Officer to join our dynamic Quality team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organization.The Role: Receive and log samples and complaints along with associated administrative tasksReview and approve printed Batch Records before issuing them to ManufacturingProvide administrative support for archiving disposal or customer return of batch manufacturing recordsManage and maintain shared inboxesMaintain and update the site templates systemParticipate in and administer the office safety inspection rotaAdminister regulatory customer and internal audit programmesManage the administration of the Management of Change processInitiating and receiving Purchase OrdersIssuing new item part codesChecking product label informationReviewing and approving printed Batch Records for ManufacturingHandle administration of regulatory requestsWork in compliance with current EHS legislation company policies and guidelinesEnsure all work is completed and documented promptly in line with cGMP business needs and management directionThe Candidate:Excellent attention to detailHighly OrganisedExperience in complaints and investigations (Advantageous)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applicationsWhy you should join Catalent:Competitive Salary Reflecting your experience and skills.Working Hours- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per weekBonus & Benefits Includes a site performance bonus a pension scheme matching up to 8% and life assurance.
