Part-time Activities Coordinator. Longridge Hall Care Home Hourly rate: £13.27 per hour Contract: 27.5 hours per week Shift pattern: 5 days per week including alternate Saturday working Are you bursting with creativity and passion for bringing joy to others Longridge Hall Care Home is looking for a dynamic Activities Coordinator to create engaging fun and meaningful experiences for our residents. Our experienced Care Home Manager Tracey has been leading our team for over 10 years ensuring a positive and caring atmosphere for both residents and staff. Your Role – Make Every Day Special As an Activities Coordinator you'll be the creative heart of our home crafting an exciting and varied daily activity programme tailored to our residents’ interests. Whether it’s music film screenings arts and crafts fitness sessions gardening games quizzes pamper days or trips out you will bring energy enthusiasm and imagination to every event. People-Focused: You build strong relationships and adapt activities to suit different personalities and needs. Passionate and Positive: Your enthusiasm is contagious and you love making people smile. Flexible and Adaptable: You’re happy to switch things up and even support outings or special events outside regular hours. Experience of working with an elderly client group and/or working within a care home environment would also be highly advantageous as would the ability to cover outings or special events outside of normal working hours as required.
