Foster relationships with external stakeholders like NHBC and monitor program timelines and budgets. Ensure site compliance with SHE policies, conduct inductions, and promote safety solutions. Oversee customer service training, monitor quality for handovers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with subcontractor vetting, review quality reports, and ensure compliance with standards. Develop and monitor construction programs, coordinating with technical and commercial teams. Ensure high site presentation standards and oversee recruitment, appraisals, and employee development.
