At Places for People, you're more than just a number - you're part of our cause.More about your roleYou will be expected to work between Willowburn Leisure centre, Ponteland Leisure Centre and Morpeth Leisure Centre.Set up and manage a range ofsustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for the community for a local contract area. With a focus on tackling health inequalities.Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocolsIn line with relevant training / qualifications held, deliver specific Healthy community project/ programme, e.g. Exercise Referral, gym-based classes, falls prevention, according to the parameter discussed with line manager....
