Are you a Conveyancing Paralegal with some commercial property experience seeking to focus mainly on commercial property?

A great opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a firm that has a strong reputation locally and can offer a Commercial Property Paralegal a supportive environment with plenty of room for development. 

Due to expansion, the firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal whereby you will work closely with the Partner dealing with commercial, residential and agricultural property transactions.

This role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Preparing all necessary accounts forms and understanding client ledgers
  • Preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
  • Producing first drafts of contracts, transfer deeds and leases (with Fee-Earner guidance)
  • Producing replies to Commercial Property Standard enquiries

To be considered for this opportunity:

  • Law Degree and or LPC is necessary
  • 1 year of experience in property law 
  • Local to the Stafford area
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel
  • Accurate typing capability
  • Able to work well as part of a team and using own initiative
