The Role As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confidentSemi-Senior Practice Accountantto help us deliver exceptional service to our clients and guide junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accounts for small businesses, statutory accounts, VAT returns, and CIS returns Manage Self-Assessment tax returns and assist with MTD ITSA rollout Complete corporation tax returns, R&D claims, and capital allowance reports Review client bookkeeping, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accurate coding Support clients with cloud accounting adoption and system transitions Prepare and deliver management accounts with insights and commentary Offer guidance on tax strategies and long-term business planning Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements Supervise and review junior team members' work, offering mentoring and support Play an active role in digital transformation and strategic practice projects Benefits: Tailored in-house training to support career growth Study support package available after probation Auto-enrolment pension scheme (after 3 months) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata) Practical experience with leading cloud-based platforms Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovation projects The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking someone who is motivated, client-focused, and ready to grow with a thriving firm.
