We are recruiting for a fantastic consumer challenger brand who are in an exciting phase of growth. From start up they have created a cult following fuelled by creative design and fashion inspired colour schemes that has accelerated their growth in a sector dominated by only a few brands. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Website trading
- Customer journey
- Digital performance
- UX and SEO
- Website performance analytics GA4
- CRM management
- Customer experience
This role has responsibility for the management of a team of three and as such we are looking for a proven manager who can nurture and develop marketers to deliver campaigns and website performance at the highest level.
To be considered for this role you will have significant experience in a consumer ecommerce environment where brand and trust form a large part of the buying decision. You will be an expert in the full customer journey from consideration to sale and beyond, being across all customer touchpoints and every element of customer experience. You will be an experienced manager across digital, ecommerce and CRM teams. Your head will be in the data, your heart will be all over the brand.
This is a fantastic role working on an exciting brand with a range of exciting products.
