Paint Refinishing Technician

I am currently working with a Basildon engineering company who require an experienced Paint Refinishing Technician to work a rotating earlies/lates shift pattern Monday to Friday 05:30 – 14:00 and 13:30 – 22:00The role:In this specialised role you will be responsible for carrying out high level refinishing to a wide array of parts within the paint department. The work will include:Handling painted parts with due care and attentionCreating a high gloss finish by polishingRectifying any faults found in painted surfacesCarrying out maintenance to tools and machinesQuality checkingThe candidate we are looking for will have:Extensive experience in a similar roleVery high attention to detailBe proactive and innovativeHave the ability to prioritise workloadThe ability to work well and accurately in a time-constrained environmentThe company are offering:An excellent opportunity for progression within a large companyVaried workloadPlenty of overtime availableIf you are interested in this Paint Refinishing Technician role and believe you have the experience my client requires then please forward your CV
